Pregnancy is an exciting period in any w omen’s life but yes it does have some vulnerable things to undergo however, its a pleasurable pain. Having a smooth nine months ahead in a lovely pregnancy phase can be achieved by ensuring a healthy startup. The earlier you find out that you are pregnant,the better. Results of pregnancy tests only confirm that you are pregnant,but there are some earlier signs of pregnancy that can help you decide whether you should take the test.

Spotting and Cramping

After 6 to 12 days of conception, fertilized egg implants into the plush lining of the uterus, spotting may occur called implantation bleeding. Cramps resemble menstrual cramps,so some women mistakes it might be periods but still cramp and bleeding are slight.

Fatigue

Fatigue is a normal response to the first few weeks of pregnancy.Even increase in basal body temperature due to extra progesterone produced may cause the lack of energy. Getting plenty of rest and eating a healthy diet especially diet rich in protein and iron helps offset fatigue.

Breast Tenderness

Headaches

Increased progesterone levels may cause you severe headaches. Sometimes headaches are due to the result dehydration.Drink plenty of liquids to avoid this and if you couldn’t bare, taking Tylenol rarely can be helpful and it is safe during pregnancy.

Sleepless Nights

Suddenly you are so awake until early morning?Then the sleepless nights have started to haunt you.This is a very early symptom and it just goes away.

Mood Swings

Most common symptoms especially during the 1st trimester.It is due to the changes in hormones.You may be suddenly changing from wiping tears to shouting with anger. This symptom doesn’t require any medical attention it just fades away once your hormones flux is normal.

Frequent Urination

This is one of the signs mostly considered to be later on symptoms due to the growing uterus putting pressure on the bladder.But this happens earlier due to the increased blood flow to the kidneys causes them to produce more urine.

Craving or Food aversion

Suddenly noticing food issues? Favorite foods are turned to the least bothered menu and vice versa then probably your body is sending signals that you are pregnant.Many women find lemon and ginger soothing.

Late Period

The most obvious early symptom of pregnancy is the late period,you should probably head to the drugstore to buy pregnancy test kit.

But not all missed or delayed periods are caused by pregnancy.Some women always have irregular periods so if your cycle is regular and you are late then you can proceed further.

Positive Pregnancy test

Do the pregnancy test using pee stick method which is available in all drugstore with different brand names like First response,Clear blue etc.If the result is negative don’t worry wait for some days and test again,it might be too early to detect.And if it is positive Congratulations dear “Mom to be”.
